Q: How do I access my materials?

A: Materials are accessible digitally via Blackboard. Check your UA-PTC email for detailed access instructions. If physical materials are required, you'll receive an email notification for pickup or shipping options.

  • eBook Users: Use the Vitalsource Course Materials link within Blackboard and select "Read Now."
  • Pearson Mastering and MyLabs Users: Access via Vitalsource Course Materials link, select "Launch Courseware," then return to Blackboard to complete assignments.
  • Other Courseware (Cengage MindTap, McGraw Hill Connect, Macmillan Achieve, Sage Vantage): Access directly via the publisher's module within Blackboard.
Q: What types of materials will I receive?

  • Dropping a course: If you drop a course by the add/drop date, you will automatically be opted out and will not be charged. If you received physical materials, return them by the provided deadline.
  • Adding a course: Digital materials are typically accessible within 24-48 hours after adding a course. If physical materials are required, you'll receive notification for pickup or shipping options.
Q: Can I have materials shipped?

A: Yes, shipping for physical materials is available for an additional fee.

Q: Do I get to keep my materials?
  • Digital materials: Access length varies by publisher and product. Many eBooks are available for a limited period of time (for example, 180 days), while some products provide longer access.
